I activated a second phone for a family member. Will this plan qualify for the 3x points back?

you could ask PM agent to see if they can add the code back for you after the activation, it is possible

 

For the 3x points, open ticket and ask them if they are missed, but you should see a 1x entry first, then a 2x entry couple days later

 

 

To open ticket with PM CS agent

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Didn't use the code. The second phone is also in my name but is also a new activation. Plan says for new activations. I have not received the bonus points after 3 weeks.
