I am paying as 4G customer why I have the 3G logo on the top right of my mobile data?

The above isn't correct.  There is no bumping of anyone to specific network.  All Public Mobile customers have access to the same networks.  Even on 5G plans with unlimited data at reduced speed, the available network type doesn't change after the speed has been slowed down.

Also, customers who have plans that don't have unlimited data don't get changed to a different network either.  The data stops working completely.

Hi,

My understanding is that it can depends on your current location where 3G is not available. But not sure.

Hope that helps.

Also Reset Network Settings after reboot

And what phone do you have?

What phone are you using? Your phone may only have 3G capabilities on the Public Mobile network.

Have you done a speed test to see how fast your downloads are? If not, give it a try and let us know.
