Hello,
I would like to change my plan from 3G to 4G. In my account doesn't show the 4G plans when I choose to change my plan

I did last month and my phone still shows LTE I put in a ticket and the response was everything is OK.
I’m really not happy with the level of customer “non” service and I plan on going elsewhere

Hi @Yummy , Change plan screen on My Account does not break it down into 3G / 4G categories They are together and order by price

It is there. Use small arrow on the right hand side of the computer screen. And chose 4G Plans.

@CCA1441 darn 1st yellow down arrow becomes the up arrow when clicked. 🙄 Not a great design, just move your cursor down after you click the down arrow once.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to Plan & Add-ons, and scroll the plans using the down and up arrows on the far right. select the plan you want, and select ‘Change plan now’ then you pay full price plan, or ‘Change plan on renewal date’..to you not losing any money..

@CCA1441 hi there is a down arrow to the right of your page just scroll down to the plan of your choice

Keep scrolling. Down if on desktop. Or across if on mobile. They're in order of price.
