3G - 4G data is so slow

i have the plan for 3G at 4G speed but it's so slow. Like usually it's be fast until i use 75% of it then it slows down but now its js slow all the time

Data is different from wifi. Data is over the cell network. Wifi in the store is connected to fiber or cable the same as your home internet if you have it. Most big box stores have concrete block wall and can block cell signal or at least weaken the signal and make your data slow.

Speed IS slow for some reason no mater you have 3, 4 or 5G.

When in grocery store I want to see their flyer and using data it takes forever or never to get the whole flyer. But on WiFi (same store) it goes blazingly fast.

what plan do you have? and what speed you got? did you do a speed test?  what is the the speed number?

and if you are on a $15 plan, just a reminder, there is a new $15 plan with 500Mb and unlimited calling, better value
