If I remembered correctly, Public Mobile doesn’t do partial refund. So I would suggest you to cancel it at the end of your billing cycle. Something to note

Did you just start with Public Mobile or have you been a customer for a while?

You can cancel your account anytime by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC or 611.
Or contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you login to your account and disable Subscribe button.
If you stopped payment (unscribe) for longer than 90 days. Your account will be closed, SIM will no longer work and you will loss your number.
The other option to close your account is to port your number over to another carrier and your account will automatically close.
