I am new here. I want to change plan from $34 20GB 5G to $34 5G 40GB after Current Subscription Cycle. but I got 2 questions:
1. I knew the benefit of this change but any lost ?
2. I see $34 5G 40GB plan on the 90 day subscription. Is that meaning my plan will auto back to $34 20GB 5G plan after 90days?
Thanks

When you change plans, you'll have the option to "change now" or "change on renewal". If you change now, you will be immediately billed for the new plan and what you've already paid for your existing service is essentially forfeit. For this reason, I usually suggest changing on renewal where the new plan will take affect on your next payment.
The plan does not have to be offered on that date. You just need to specify that change during the promotional period.

The screen shot needs to be of the plan change tag in your account.
This is mine (the first one is of the payment page that confirms that it's the 40GB version):

I have done 6 scheduled plan changes this year, everything worked flawlessly (I add plenty of funds manually before renewal day to avoid autopay failure).
A friend had a scheduled plan change fail last Chrismas, but the senior CSA rectified it after they saw that it was a system glitch, seeing the screen shot convinced them that the customer did everything correctly.

I know but I have 10 more days to lose LOL. its funny i am using 39 for 20G now, so i changed to 34 dollar with 20G, and with 30G and again this is the third time changing my plan within a week . i think so far this is the best deal.

You need to schedule your plan change as long as the plan is available (ie ASAP, looking at that $29 plan that disappeared overnight), the system will automatically change to the scheduled plan on renewal.
However, it's good practice to take a screen shot that proves that you did the scheduled change successfully, so that you have documentation to show the CSA if there is a hick-up.

@yack By scheduling the plan change now (effective your next renewal) you lock it in. So no worries if it's gone by your renewal date.

hi @MLzhu the $34 40GB is not a 90 days plan 30 days plan like others and once you joined , price stays
you can login My Account and make plan change using Change on renewal to schedule a change

You can change to the newer plan $34 40GB 5G plan. Don't change it for now, change it for renewal date and you won't lose a thing.

There isn't a 90 day version of the $34 plans at the moment. Disregard any mention of 90day plans.
The $34/40GB/30days will be yours until you decide to change plans. (PM has a fairly good track record when it comes to actual plan increases.)
Remember to schedule plan change on renewal so that you don't forfeit remaining parts of your current plan.
