Could you be so kind as to give me the activation bonuses. I wasn't able to activate before Dec 31st because ... of the holidays(?) .. I only received my SIM card on the 5th.

Percentages. The quick copy and paste is a highly effective way of achieving solutions either by being first or last in a thread you have a much higher chance of being chosen for the solution even if it isn't an actual solution. Since the goal here is a top 1% position and with my general lack of enthusiasm for the new community forum I can tell you the next most likely candidate statistically to join @softech  in that badge level is @Anonymous . So that just goes to show helpful the community has become how and pm has decided to reward and show its appreciation to the hard working regularily contributing members.

 

Time for me to see how many hours on these new hips will allow me to get a real job again....

Do you sincerely feel posting all this content is helpful to the OP's question?

 

They want to know if they might get special consideration for the More the Merrier add-on promotions (presumably, as that's the one that ended Dec 31) for having had received their SIM card AFTER December 31st.

 

How does the bulk of what your copy/pasted respond to their straight-forward request?

 

Inquiring minds would love to know.   Really, we would.

Since you didn’t meet the December 31 deadline, I doubt it but worth a try if you purchased the SIM before the deadline and contact a CS_Agent by typing in Create a Ticket then follow the prompts.

IF you ordered your SIM card from Public Mobile (say) more than 3 weeks prior to the end of December you might have a case here to plead your case to the Customer Support Agents.

 

However, we call know December is the busiest shipping month of the year and mail services can be very delayed over this time.

You could ask Customer Support if you plead your case about the delivery of a SIM card, but no guarentee.
