I purchased yesterday 300 min to talk abroad using points, but when I try to call, I get a message that it is not covered by my plan.

Log in to your account to make sure that add-=on was actually add'd on successfully.

Confirm (with your eyes) that LD add-on is really on your account.

Since Brazil is included in LD minutes verify all numbers (area code, etc.) of a number you are calling.

If everything fails open a ticket trough chatbot and let agent help you out.

could be you're trying to call a country not included in that add-on...

300 International Long Distance Minutes

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.
