I purchased a refurbished phone and followed all the guidelines and criteria that was required for an offer to purchase a refurbished phone and receive $30 in credits. However I have never received anything yet and it's been a few months. Who do I talk to you about getting this $30 credit ?

Is this $30 credit will apply to your plan in 6 month? 

Login your account by using laptop or computer and using private mode , check your payment history to see $5 credit in your payment.

When did you place the order? Did you use the same email address as your account (not necessarily community)?

It was $5 for 6 months. Are you sure you aren't seeing the $5 credit?
