$30 didn't receive 500MB additional data

Hi, I'm a new customer and I just activated my sim card tonight with the 30/30 days options. On the website, it shows a 1GB promotion, but on my account, I only see I have 500mb data.

just send a message with the mods and they will square you out.

In your message include:
- account email address
- PM phone number
- explanation of what is happening or a link to this thread
- if its a porting issue include your sim number, old account name and account number

@byn9826, when you activated your sim / account, did you select the plan with 1GB?  

Either way,  if you activated tonight,  and are a new customer, then I think that the moderators will be able to adjust your plan.  Just send them a private message.
