my wife just took advantage of the promotion after being on the fence (us roaming sealed the deal!☺️)
she uses 3 way calling often and when she initiates the calls with one bell user and one rogers user, the rogers user gets disconnected after some time
this has happened when the rogers user is on home phone (rogers home phone ) or cell (rogers cell plan)
anyone else experiencing this or can test

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, is this issue occurring everytime your wife is on a 3-way call?
Has anyone else faced the same issue?

The problem wasn't figuring out how 3 way calling works. My wife uses the feature and she can join the calls no problem but after 5-10 minutes of talking, one person gets dropped. It doesn't happen all the time but enough to notice

@cuzcatlec Did you ever figure out how to use 3 way calling? Others are asking. Perhaps @Jeremy_M?
