For 3 days past anyhow you could not transferred my number. I will cancel to transfer your service.

I submitted tickets 5 times minimum. Somebody is working background but nobody contact me to fix. If someone could contact me they would fix in 2 minutes.

Yes, I confirm to transfer and my previous network disconnected but no new network connection. Now I will try to find a service store and go there to fix. I hope they can help but I don't suppose they will help. It is about assignment line to my IMEI. I don't know which IMEI public mobile assigned for the line. The worst thing there is no customer service phone number and nobody call and ask if it is Okey. All was disappointment until now.

If you submitted a ticket already to Customer service agent (CS_Agent), you will need to wait back to hear what the next steps are. Unfortunately, CSA response times are slower on weekend. You may want to reply to the last message that CS_Agent sent you. Hopefully, you will get a response by today, or latest tomorrow.

I could not install esim by public mobile application after I submitted ticket but did not solve. If I would have get text message from my previous provider I would confirm. Public mobile could not register my line themself yet. If they could I could get sms from my old provider. However I am paying now for two services. I am regret to paid for public mobile unless using it.

More details would be helpful. Did you receive a port request text from your original carrier? Did you answer "yes" to that port request text? Do you have any PM service presently?
