2GBBONUS Promo didn't work

Hello,

I just joined public mobile today and activated the sim on $35 plan, but the promo 2GBBONUS did not get activated for the plan. Is there a way the promo can be applied on the plan?

IF after the waiting period...

• "Please note it may take up to 2 business days for bonus data to be applied. 

...and still does not show up on your account contact CSA .

 @Siddu3094 : If you entered the code during activation then it should take a couple days to show on your account.

It may take a couple of days for the promo to show up in your account.  As long as you entered the promo code, you should be fine.
