I never received a text message from PM to opt in for the 2gb of bonus data. I believe I was supposed to get a text by the 15th, but never did.

First, try sending YES2 to 4911
If that doesn't work then, you'll have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent so they can add those holiday gifts to your account manually.
You'll have only until, December 31 to get your holiday gifts, though.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

@tarsbo try texting yes2 to 4911 first if that doesn’t work then submit a ticket to community agent
