Charged twice

I went to pay my monthly plan online and it said that the payment did not process so I clicked it again and it charged my card twice. I would like my money back for one of the payments

If the second charge and money is sitting in your Available Funds account, it's probably better to just leave it there, for yoi next months renewal payment.

1. If it still shows as pending in your bank then wait for that to clear.

2. If it shows as extra balance here then you could just leave it there for the next renewal.
