You'll need to wait for another response from a CSA. The identity verification quetsion is suprising because that is one of the main reasons that Public Mobile wants customers to use the chatbot.
@nflfan92 , applying the promo code does not involve using an activation link or going to an external site. Login to your self serve account and go to plans and addon tab, enter 2GBFiona into the promo code box on the lower right. If this does not work then initiate a support ticket as suggested earlier.
@nflfan92 The promo was for a limited period, so not sure if it's already expired. If you were unable to add to the promo box in the Plans/Add-on page, then submit a ticket via chatbot or private message and see if customer support can still give it to you.
