At 2:42 AM on October 14th my account was charged a 'top up' fee which I did not authorize. At 8:12 AM my regular payment came out. At 7:26pm I did get a 611 text saying I only had 10 minutes left. I thought it might be a scam as I have never used all my minutes except for once when I was travelling. I don't understand with unlimited Canadian minutes I could use them up. I pay $25.00 a month.

they didn't charge you twice, PM just took money from your credit card once, at 2:48am
the 2:48am was the actual charge, and you see PM put the money in the account as a credit (Available funds = $25)
the later time, 8:12am was when PM actually used the credit , fund for renewal. You will see the Available funds changed back to $0 because the money was used
if you check the credit card, only $25 + tax was being charged to your credit card

and how much was the top up charge at 2:xx am and how much was the regular charge PM took later in the day?
can you login My Account, go to Payment history and post us the screenshot of what got charged in the last 2 days?
