Can anyone tell me the sequence for Simon to understand that I want the 2FA code sent via SMS Text? It's not giving me that option (the account login)....only email and my referral can't access their email at the moment. The account has active service. The password was just reset successfully with the 2FA code sent via SMS text. Or is this one of the many things Simon can't do and I should wonder why I wasted my time trying to chat with a dingbot? Thx....

My referral wants to schedule a plan change and top up the account. It's not panic stage yet and I was able to change the password for them so I will wait and see if they can access the email?

I turned on 2FA on an active account and get this:

Seeing as I talked to them on the phone and reset the password by them sending me the 2FA code they recieved via text indicates its active. Lol....

That would normally be a symptom of a suspended account. A suspended account (other than self-suspend) can use sms for password reset but not the account 2FA.
