why i can not get that plan? i use public for 1yr, but only new cx can get that plan!!!!!

Great news 

Today I got  messages from Alex and Alicia and change to $29/10gb

I had $25/1gb so I think from low to high it is.but from high to low I don't know.hope the tips will help you guys

thank you Sansan, yeah the plan only for the "NEW" customer. I currently use $25/1gb and will see if i can upgrade
