I am having issue with subscribing for a phone plan 20gb at 32$/m. please help. it is not letting me choose that option and automatically changes to 30gb plan

The 30gb plan must be an old plan because this plan is not currently offered. Is the 20gb @ 4G for $32 Canada wide lower priced then your current 30gb plan?
The recently PM change doesn’t allow you to downgrade to a lower priced plan. Only upgrade to a more expensive plan.

Do you already have an account and are trying to change? or starting a brand new account?
perhaps try using a web browser in private/incognito mode, or by using the app as others mentioned.
