You’ll find the add-ons and rewards much better here compared to chatr. I compared PM to other carriers, and I ended up on here and I never looked back.

Once you get into this place for a while, then you start to see things add up. The 4 kinds of rewards are better than others.
1. easiest - $2 per term for autopay - and a card just needs to be set up. You don't have to use it. There are other methods of payment available.
2. next easiest - $1 per term up to $5 for loyalty - takes a while 🙂
3. referrals - $1 per term per referral - sell sell sell
4. community - varies from $1 up to $15 - takes some work - resets each month

Should be right away. It will display under the My Data add-on section on the overview page of your account after you activate.
Don't forget to use a referral code for a $10 signup bonus.
If you ever want to start your own thread instead of writing on someone else's (which you're welcome to do). Click the browse button top left. Select a category your question pertains to. Next page will say "ask a question".

I would say your bonus data would be effective right away. Keep in mind that self serve has a delay in showing data usage.

You can signup for AutoPay when you activate your plan.
You will be able to use the 250 MB data right away.

I hope it's ok to ask a related question here. If I activate a new $15 account with auto-pay, how long do I have to wait for the bonus data to be available? Is it available right away, or do I have to wait until the next month when the auto-pay takes effect?

If you've unexpectedly run out of data, then you might want to disable cellular services; for example, on iPhone, the Wi-Fi assist feature can use cellular even when you're connected to Wi-Fi. To resolve this quickly, you can buy add-on data that won't expire until you use it; unused data rolls over every month.

As mentioned by geopublic, if you have already used the 250 mb, you will no longer see this line on the overview page of your account.
Are you able to check the mobile data settings on your phone? Depending on your phone model, it can show the amount of mobile data you've consumed based on a date range you can customize.

@mihiranpathmika Once the data is used up it will not show on the selfserve landing page. More than likely you have used it up. After you next plan renewal access selfserve and on the first page you should see a line item with the 250MB of data.

Not only does it make your plan cheaper but you get the data
Do you have a credit card?
You can use a family member credit card if they trust you just to register, you can keep paying with vouchers.
Also many prepaid cards work too

Add autoplay to your account. You can do that by going into your account and clicking payment. The option will be there to manage auto-pay.
Unless you have auto-pay already but used up the data?
