So after being frustrated with unresolved problems with the $10 talk and text plan. I gave up and went with the $25 unlimited talk and text early renewal, even before my text and minutes was used up.
Same as before, I am having problems. I can call out fine, but I tried to send a text message and It says 'failed'.
I'm so done with this lousy service, at this point I will not recommend public mobile.

Could it be issues due to your SMSC / Messaging Center settings?

I would certainly wonder about the phone though.
Have you ever tried the SIM in another phone?

It happened to my friend too. It ended up that his phone was not fully compatible with PM; he can make calls, but can't text, even though he's on the $25 plan

did you try teh lost stolen trick, to try and kickstart the plan? have you rebooted your phone? ae you sure its not a hardware issue? did you try sim in a different phone?

Did you reach out to the admin for help?
Were you ported-in from another carrier?
Usually I would advise to call Telus porting team if you are porting in to ensure the originating carrier fully released your number.
