$25 plan, US data roaming

if i only have a $25 plan, travel to Hawaii US, do i quality to buy data add on like $20, 10 days roaming?

You should know about a bug if you take a roaming add-on that has texts, your incoming texts will fail for 24 hours after return to Canada.
