Hello my name is Albert and my father gave a referral code to me to use so we can both benefit from the $25 promotion that was ongoing up to Sept 30 but my father and I don't see the $ 25 ( $5 off every month up to 5 months) on our upcoming bills. We only received the refer a friend $10 off gift. Is there anyway I could get in touch with an agent to help solve this problem? Thank you!

Had you already gone about contacting them or did they contact you on their own?
Be sure their username is CS_Agent. That's an underscore. Not moderator or other variations. Click on the username and look for it to say Customer Support Agent underneath their username. Don't give private information to anybody else.
