Hello, I received this 240gb Loyalty package on 20 March, but it is no longer appearing on my account after I changed my subscription plan to a cheaper one. Was I supposed to stay on the same plan to keep the loyalty package, or what happened?

@FateBoruj - Any downgrades from plans will make you pernamently lose the bonus data forever... ever... ever. 😔 Not really ideal for most users since they use less than 240GB of data and sometimes less than 240GB for 5 months on Wi-Fi, though I think I use over 100GB of data just on the Mac on the unlimited telus purefiber internet. Then it is my phone.

it said on the FAQ that the special 150 days bonus will be gone if you change to a lower value plan

Will I lose my special bonus data if I switch plans?
The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.
