made the mistake to choose the 29$ at a time when i was in a deep hole and needed some data to wander around.
Found out that you can't go back
And that 5G, is like 4G at most. Speed is subpar. Between that greedy move on earnings we got for loyalty, this is . I'm leaving for fizz. i'll more or i'll get less. Telus won't get my money.

Do you have a 5G phone?
And how much speed you got? Don't go yet, try Reset Network Settings and it will help
If still slow, ask PM to re-provision your account on the back end. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
