using the app, log in to your account > Usage Breakdown to see all regular plan data and any data add-ons.

This looks like the text from last year. That already expired. You can go into your account and look under Overview, Subscription Usage box at the bottom of it and then click on Usage Breakdown. But once again, I think that message is from last year.
