I transferred my number to public mobile and bell no longer has my number. I can’t make outgoing calls. Why is this?

@JessicaMagus what type of phone do you have? Telus has been making changes to their 3G system. If you have a 3G phone that only has 850 band and not 1900 also, they are removing or making changes to the 850. That could possibly be the issue.

Can you receive incoming calls from Bell customers, non PM customers? How long ago did you port?
Data works?
Did you remove your Bell SIM card from your phone yet? If not remove it and insert or enable your PM SIM.
