#21# disable call forwarding stopped working

As of yesterday, my calls keep getting forwarded even after sending #21#.  

Opening the call forwarding screen that becomes available after doing a *21* and selecting Disable also doesn't work.  

Galaxy S6.  

How can I disable call forwarding?

Where is it forwarding to? If voicemail then that's the default.

@ADHi when was the last time your call forwarding work?

Conditional call forwarding has not been working since the introduction of VOLTE in Feb.  It is a known issue and ainjope PM will get it resolved soon.  Some said if VoLTE is working on your phone , then support can fix it manually for you. But you need to have a phone that is on PM"s VoLTE compatible list
