Sounds like you scheduled a plan change on your renewal date to the $55 / 20 Gb plan and it failed. Like a lot of other people experienced.
You might want to contact the CS_Agent and have them look into your account.
Use either the Chatbot Simon to get a ticket or send a private message to CS_Agent
