DAY 20:
Still Waiting for someone to read my message.
Issue 1)
Cannot Send/Recieve TEXT's from the BELL Network. Only happens on 2nd Account, I have provided on a message. This is ongoing from the 17th of Nov. Is the Port complete?
Issue 2)
Now that it's the 5th, got message saying friend left "public mobile" but confirm they are still there, rewards not happening.
Would be nice to have someone clear this up, as, I see stuff moving faster now.

UPDATE: talked to a wonderful representive from telus and they are going to look into this issue for me and get back to me regardless. Something that PM is unable to do.
It's good to know that at least the parent company is willing to address the issue.

It is indeed too long.
This incomplete port only can be fixed by one of the MOD.

That is much too long without resolution. @Shazia_K ?
You are already in the queue if you followed this procedure: Contact moderators. The backlog is such that it may be couple more days before you have a response. Suggest you create a way to cope with that delay.
While you are waiting some people have found this procedure helpful: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/How-I-fixed-porting-my-mobile-number-and-p....
Sounds as though your Bell SIM is still working so you might as well use it.
