I accidentally paid for 2 subscriptions on the same phone starting today. Is there any way I can get a refund on the lower cost one?

This is normal if you changed your plan if you click Change Now. The first one is for the first plan and the second charge for the second plan.
If you clicked to change your plan on your next renewal date by clicking on Change on Renewal then the old plan will expired and the new plan will replace the old plan…only one charge but if this is what you did then contact a CS_Agent to credit your account.

@jbellz you meant you used Change Now for a plan change?
If you clicked Change Now by mistake and PM charged you the new plan today, there is a chance they can reverse it. Message support as early as you can, and hope for the best 🙂

Same sim card. I will contact them. Thank you.

I changed the plan myself, not knowing that I would be charged for both plans

@jbellz did you activate with 2 sim cards?
or you ran through the activation twice with the same single sim card?
if same single sim card, you have created a "ghost" account, you really need to contact support to close that "ghost" account or the system will keep charging you
But if you used 2 different sim cards and created 2 accounts, I doubt PM support can help. This is a prepaid provider and no refund will be provided for case like that
But , message them and confirm

the extra $$ will just sit in Available Funds and get used in 30 days when next renewal occurs.
UNLESS...you actually Changed plans yourself. In which case there's no refunds.
