I am set up for autopay, but have not been receiving the $2 monthly credit for doing so. My question is why not?

What plan do you have? If it is say $25, you would get 1.25 points which is the equivalent of $1.25

Autopay depends on when you activated with Public Mobile. There is a new Points system that no longer pays a $2 credit for autopay. Instead you get 5% back in points. If you activated after Jan 25, 2022 you are on the new points system

When did you activate at PM? Starting January 25th, all new customers are on the Points system where there is no $2 credit at renewal for autopay.
