I have 2 accounts with public mobile, each with a different email address and password but the rewards are joined...how can that be? They are both under my name but under 2 different email addresses...so confused.

If separate email address and accounts, it should be separate reward accounts. Might want to logout of the 1st My account and 1st rewards account, before trying to login into 2nd account.
Or website caching issues. Clear cache or incognito mode before login again.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Rewards site to confirm again
