I waited on 2 weeks for porting, but there is nothing happend, then I applied for inactivating my account. But another 2 weeks passed,

Send a private message to any moderator or perhaps just ask your credit card company to reverse the charge based on the email you received. Allow couple more weeks for a response; they have a large backlog of customers without service.
