I waited on 2 weeks for porting, but there is nothing happend, then I applied for inactivating my account. But another 2 weeks passed,

Send a private message to any moderator or perhaps just ask your credit card company to reverse the charge based on the email you received. Allow couple more weeks for a response; they have a large backlog of customers without service.

there is still nothing happened, my account was inactivated instantly, but they said they need to deal with the refund request before. if the service is good, why there is a large number of refund requests. I cannot stand the awful service @Shazia_K @Mary_M @Jeremy_M
