1GB Add-on is not working.

I sucessfully bought the 1GB add-on and its not working. I have no data. It's been 5 days since I bought it and the monthly renewal is coming up in a few days. I am a little peeved to say the least!

 

1. My account "overview tab / webpage" say's: 

  • You currently don't have any Add ons on your account

2. *HOWEVER*, the "Plans & Add-on tab / webpage" say's: 

  • Current Add-Ons - 1GB Add-on

3. Also, the billing transaction history shows the $30 add-on was purchased. 

 

???

 

I have an iPhone XR.

Double check you don't have your iPhone setup to halt data after x number of usage in a cycle - The device may be blocking you.

Try the lost / stolen trick. Log into self serve. Click Plans & Addons. Click Lost/Stolen phone. Click Suspend service. Log out of self serve. Reboot phone. Wait 10 minutes. Log back in. Go back to the same place and say found phone. Reboot phone.  If this doesn't work the you will need to contact a moderator.

Thanks for the input. Yes, data was working until I used it up and had to buy more. 

 

Data/Add-ons section does not show data remaining.

If you log into your self serve account, does it show that you have remaining data in your account under My Data & Add-Ons? I realize that you never used it.   If it does show data remaining, this is likely and APN setting issue.  Have you ever had data working on this phone/device?

@steering Is your data turned on? If yes, you might need to adjust your APN settings. To do that, follow this link and set the apn as listed: https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en
