Does the plan come with incoming calls or just outgoing calls because no one can reach me but I can reach them ? Help

OK. So since the iPhone 11 is an older iPhone, I'm going to assume this phone was on a different network at one time. So may I suggest leaving the SIM card in your phone, reset all your networks and then reboot. It should work. Just know that once you reset these, you will need to set up all bluetooth devices and any other saved WiFi spots you have saved.

what brand and model your phone?

try to change the network mode to 3G and see if it helps

Also, best to get another phone and test your PM sim card there

Still the same can’t receive call but can do outgoing calls 😞 please help

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.

If that didn’t work, reset the Network setting on your phone.

It’s a new number form public mobile ! So not sure why

How long have you been with Public Mobile? Is this something new that's happening or....   the other thing, is it ALL people that can't reach you or certain ones? I ask because iPhone has done some updates recently that have been blocking calls. Let us know...

$15 plan has unlimited incoming calls, 100 minutes outgoing call every 30 day payment cycle.  

Are you a new customer?  Did you just port your number over?

What about texts?  incoming and outgoing?
