$15 plan unable to send text for 2 days now. No response from any moderators. I see there is a problem with this plan not sure why there has been no response at all.

I was on the $10 plan everything worked fine. There is a know issue with the $15 plan where I beleive they need to reset your account in order for it to start working I just haven't heard from any moderators. To answer your question yes texting worked fine before.
