My old subscription was $15 a month. Can I get it back?

hi @SKSuh

yes, I understand, but just trying to explain why the downgrade option seems to be less with different plans 🙂

No, Telus seems to currently offer a $15 prepaid plan on the main brand rather than PM.

My previous post did not say that it is impossible to downgrade — it mentioned that it is improbable to revert to an entry level plan

As one who successfully downgraded from a $39 to $27 plan, I know that more affordable options are available

Actually @SKSuh , you can still downgrade plan.  Just only the downgrade chose depends on your currently plan.

And for people with $29 plan and below, there could but no other choice lower than $25

Virtually impossible (or improbable) that anyone can downgrade to an entry level plan if they are at a higher priced one — check your subscription options regularly to see what lower priced options are available

sorry @GSPD , $15 is an old plan.  If you changed to another one, you won't get it back.  You can only change to plan available on your My Account,  Change Subscription page

No, $15 is no longer an available plan for new or existing subscribers other than those in Quebec
