12GB12MONTH PROMO says cycle 2 of 12 after 2 days of service

Hi, just ported my number to PM on October 26, 2022 using the 12MONTHS12GB promo and today on October 28, 2022 (just 2 days after opening) the promo says it is on Cycle 2/12. As in that 1 month of the promo has been used and it is already on the second month of the promo or am I reading this incorrectly?

That's odd. It shouldn't say that. But maybe you want to just schedule a change plan on next renewal to this new plan?

Otherwise contact customer support to reset your promo month counter.
