Same request again - Can any Mod help and resolve the issue?
I am tired of typing the same message again...Just coping and pasting here...
Ported from Speakout pre-paid Nov 18. Can make phone calls or send texts...but unable to receive calls/texts...
I have sent private messages with needed information to mods, no response at all...Opened a ticket as well. Ticket #2007-8586.
Please is there any mod available to help with my porting request? Much appreciated! @Mary_M@Shazia_K@Saray_O

Like many here, I have a service 14 days with a failed port. I will be saving significantly over my prior plan, I sill have a level of service on my prior providers SIM. I have a private message submitted, I have an email form submitted, one of them will take care of it eventually though I would have preferred quicker.

Try these steps -- basically create an account instead of signing in. While porting is mentioned, self registration can work for assigned / new numbers too if you know the assigned number. Might work, and is quick to try.
If that doesn't work, Mod intervention is definitely required. Next would be sending a private message to one Mod (not all), with the required information, but you have already done that...

A coping strategy if your service is down you can make phone calls with an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
Not really any consolation I know.

My Rogers sim doesn't work anymore. I tried that. My phone shows I am on the Public Mobile network, I can't make or receive calls or use data.

have you tried using your old sim cards. if they work use those till the mods get to you. PM will adjust the billing cycle to your port in date so you are not paying for two phone lines.

Hi am having the same issues after coming from Rogers. I need a cell phone, much like everyone else. But most of all it would be nice for some help and service.

I activited my PM sim card last Friday, and then chose to port my number from previous provider which is SpeakOut. Having problems since ported - unable to receive incoming calls/texts, specifically i receive no notifications for incoming texts, and all incoming calls go directly to my Speakout voicemail...but i can make outgoing calls and send texts...data works fine.
Sent private messages to a couple of Mods promptly after I encourtered the problem..Submitted an online form too...Unfortanately nothing got back to me yet...
I understand that the mods might have been swamped because of the large volume of customers during the fall promotion...However I truely hope someone from the support team can respond to customer's concerns/problems efficiently...Getting no acknowledgement for 6 days seems unacceptable.
