HOW MANY TIMES MUST I SEND THIS MESSAGE?? ELEVEN DAYS AND COUNTING WITH NO REPLY.

Signed up Nov. 17, no phone service for 3 days, since then most functions have worked but maybe the most important for my job (incoming calls/voicemail) is still stuck on my old phone plan - calls go straight to my old Fido voicemail.
HELP ME PLEASE. YOUR QUEUE EITHER DOESN'T EXIST OR DOESN'T WORK. 11 days and I still see people here who have not been waiting as long getting their issues fixed before me. I have tried everything to fix this on my end. It's an incomplete port. PLEASE COMPLETE MY PORT.

@Gwm this thread has already been marked as a resolved solution. Trying making a new thread for your porting issue. The mods seem like they are much more active now after fixing so many issues due to the backlog but there are still lots of issues. I assuming you have already tired to Private message mods and use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

I'm sorry about this!
The port has been requested, please allow at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for the port to complete. You will receive a text message saying that the port has completed and then simply reboot your phone.
