Is Egypt in the list or countries that are included for that $15?

There are no pay-per-use rates at Public Mobile. You would have to purchase a long distance add-on package that includes a bundle of minutes ($15/400 minutes), that can be paid for with any existing balance that you have in your account. International calling is only supported to some locations.

@Rockdaddy22 No need to fret, she will ignore the tag since the advice is correct.

The international package is part of the $15.00 400 minute package it includes North America and International. I can't see why adding money to your available funds wouldn't allow you to then get the long distance package and have it deducted from those available funds. But I am new here and don't know for sure

I do not think this is the way to do it. Making a payment will just recoganize it as if I am paying my monthly payment. There has to be another way. As for adds-on so far I see it only for US calls

Can you go to Make Payment option, that would put money as available funds. Then if you select the add-on it should take money from your available funds first

I went to my selfservice account and there is no function that allows me to deposit money for international calls.

Have you gone into your self serve account and added the add-on? If you do won't it just ask for a Cerdit Card payment at that time?
