$10/30D Talk Plan w/ 400 min Add-on - Used Up Minutes, Can't Make Calls

I'm on the $10/30D 50m-50t plan with the 400 intl calling add on.  The minutes are used up but for some reason it's not using the 400 add on minutes.

 

Is there something special I have to do or is it supposed to automatically use the add-on?

 @pyrotexhnics: Your term ends tonight at midnight so it has "expired". Check things in the morning and everything should appear renewed. Or mid-morning.

You're in this weird transitional time where reporting and counters can appear a bit screwy.

It's weird - it should show up here under "Overview":

In the "Plans and Add-Ons" tab, it shows this:

Not sure why it shows "Plan expired" but I am on autopay and I do have a balance of $29 in my account.

In the time it took after I posted, I verified my information and found I was wrong and edited my post and then saw your post rightly correcting me after that.

Not at all, when the included minutes are used up, the add-on minutes are next to be used.  Are you certain the add-on minutes are there?  When you look at the overview tab, do you see 0/400 minutes?

If the add-on shows in selfserve ie  not used up then I would message mods asking for help.

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:
