1 out of 4 texts will not send

Hi...it's getting annoying that so many of my texts do not send.. They say Couldn't send the message...I've reset the phone so many times, Is there something I am missing?!

@Rose1967 hello remember if you are sending or receiving a picture text mms you need your data on

@Rose1967   Samsung now might have 2 messaging app.  If you are using the one by Google, you can make sure RCS is dsiabled by:

1. Open Messages 
   • Ensure you are on the page that lists different message threads with different contacts
2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Chat features
5. Toggle off Enable chat features

I have a Samsung, and I'm pretty sure I'm sending traditional sms. I will check the app and outgoing specific regions (hahah if I can find that on this simple phone) thanks!

@Rose1967 hi what type of phone do you have? try taking out your sim card turn off phone put sim back in and reboot

@Rose1967   are you sure you were sending via traditional sms and not iMessage or RCS?

Incoming and outgoing calls are working?  incoming text without problem?  

Do you have the outgoing text issue only from specific region?

Try to clear cache of your Messaging app.

Try to do a Network Reset
