I have the basic plan which includes 100 min of outgoing Canadian calls. I am just wondering what happens after 100 minutes? Does the call just end?

Yes. If you are in he middle of a call it will cut you off. You will get a text message from p1i stating hou have s10 minutes remaining in your plan. With your 100 outgoing minutes depleted if you try to make a call you will get a voice recording telling you that you do not have any minutes or a sufficient rate plan to make your call. Purchase the $5/500min add on to supplement tne plan minutes. Its a one time purchase that doesn't expire and rolls over every 30 days until completely depleted.

@abean After you 100 minutes are used up, you will not be able to make outgoing calls but can still receive incoming calls.
You can buy Canada minute add-on to continue making outgoing calls after the 100 mins are used. Some people buy one and let it stay there just in case. The add-on has no expiry and unused portion will roll over to the following cycle until all used up
