1 friend cannot get my texts...sometimes. is this Public mobile issue or iphpne?

More problems this week!

Is this a public mobile problem or an iphone problem??

One friend gets some of my messages (texts) and some she does not.

High level Apple support has looked at and helped with lots of settings on my phone and friend"s. hve powered on and off and done APN etc etc

I am ready to change carriers but if i do and same problem that will be dreadful

Hmmm wonder if Apple will replace. Unlikely but one never knows.

My mom had a Samsung Galaxy that wouldn't recieve some texts (she was with Bell). She got a new phone and hasn't had a problem since but I don't know if it is the same for you
