您什么时候下单的?SIM 卡送货时间可能在 3 天到 3 周之间。

但最好向 PM 支持人员询问状态更新,您可以直接发送消息:

最好询问您是否可以从附近的 Telus 或 Koodo 门店取一张新的,而不是等待他们重新寄送新的

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

Please convert your question to English. Public Mobile will delete your thread because its' not in English.

It can take up to 3 weeks to get in the mail by Canada Post. If you need a card faster, here's 3 ways. If you don't get it by the end of next week, contact CS.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/
