I am porting my number from PM but when I put the new SIM card in it’s asking for a network key. Where do I find this?

PM never lock phone. Did you get the phone from Telus or Koodo?
if you got it from them, you can try asking PM to help to unlock
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

and if it is a Samsung, you can ask Samsung to help Call them at 1-800-726-7864 and ask for the master unlock code.

Is your phone prompting for the SIM network unlock pin? This would mean that your phone is locked to another carrier. Assuming that your phone is asking for this after inserting your Public Mobile SIM card, this means that it is locked to another carrier. It's that other carrier that you'll need to contact to help with unlocking your phone.
