Public Mobile sometimes gets into a weird state and you can always try a different browser and see if that works. It's usually better to just wait a bit to save time.

@yanzhiqiang Make sure you have signed in the community. I got kick out serveral times this week.

Lots of problem with site this week. Try again later.

Server may be slow due to more users online than usual.

You can also try clearing your browser cache, reboot your computer and open a new tab in incognito mode.
